Exclusivity

Hello, my name is Fred and I am delighted to unveil my brand-new range of services in the Dunkirk area. I set up Fred & Vous Dunkirk because I feel deeply rooted in this region and I also believe in its potential for growth in tourism and industry. What drives me every day is a passion for service, a passion for cars, motorsport and property. Today, Fred & Vous Dunkerque brings together three areas: premium chauffeur-driven car hire, sightseeing tours in a Ferrari GT convertible, and property concierge services.

The Fred & Vous Dunkerque project can be summed up in a few words: the art of service, hospitality and a premium experience in Dunkirk and the Hauts-de-France region.
Three areas of activity, but one shared philosophy: to provide an impeccable standard of service, to support our clients and meet their expectations on a daily basis, so that we can be the best partner serving the very best and most demanding clients.

Three activities to enjoy some wonderful experiences here in Dunkirk and across the Hauts-de-France region. The adventure is only just beginning!
Whether you’re an individual or a business, please contact us for any enquiries or to book our services. See you soon.

FRED & VOUS CONCIERGe services

DELIVERING AN EXCEPTIONAL WELCOME TO YOUR GUESTS FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE AND STAY

Fred & Vous Concierge Services provides concierge services for short-term and seasonal rental properties located in Dunkirk, Bray-Dunes, and Malo-les-Bains. Whether you are a property owner managing your rental locally or remotely and wish to entrust its day-to-day management to a reliable local partner, our goal is to simplify the rental experience for both hosts and guests while actively contributing to their satisfaction.

You would like to rent out an apartment or house for short- or medium-term stays without having to manage check-in/check-out procedures, property preparation, or light maintenance.

Your professional commitments or distance prevent you from managing your seasonal rentals yourself.

You are not available 24/7 to answer guests' questions about your property and its amenities.

You do not wish to handle cleaning, housekeeping, or laundry after each guest's departure.

You would like a trusted partner to manage guest communications and provide assistance throughout their stay.

You want to offer your guests the highest level of service in order to receive excellent reviews that improve your property's visibility on booking platforms.

You are looking for a serious, reliable local partner who is available whenever needed.
